Directions to the VA Palo Alto Health Care System Center for Innovation to Implementation (Ci2i) Offices

From Highway 101, take the Willow Road Exit West. Turn right at the second stop light (VA Hospital), which will take you onto the VA grounds. Go straight until you come to a stop sign. At the stop sign, make a left on Oak Street (you will pass building 324 on your left). You will find a parking lot just past our building. The Center for Innovation to Implementation is located in Building 324 on Oak Avenue. When you enter the building through the front door, proceed straight down to the end of the main hallway and make a left into the C-Wing. Our administrative staff are located in room C129 and can direct you to the office of the person you have come to see.
