Nicholas Giori, MD, PhD
Dr. Giori is a Professor in the Department of Orthopedic Surgery at Stanford University. He serves as the Chief of Orthopedic Surgery at the VA Palo Alto Health Care System and has been a member and Chair of the Orthopedic Surgical Advisory Board for the Department of Veterans Affairs. His clinical practice focuses on the treatment of arthritis and primary and revision joint replacement surgery, and his research is directed toward improving the care of his patients. Recent work has involved leveraging the VA patient care database to gain insights in joint replacement surgery and implementing evidence-based changes to improve orthopedic care.
