Caroline Gray, PhD
Dr. Caroline Gray is an investigator and the qualitative lead methodologist at Ci2i. She received her PhD in Sociology from Yale University, an MA in Sociology from UCLA, and a BA in Sociology and Gender and Women’s Studies from UC Davis. She provides qualitative expertise as a co-investigator on a wide variety of projects across Ci2i. Dr. Gray has a specific interest in the healthcare workforce and how social, cultural, and technological changes impact the practice of medicine. With a background in the interdisciplinary field of Disability Studies, she is particularly interested in understanding experiences of care among people with disabilities and ensuring the delivery of equitable and satisfactory care for them and other vulnerable populations.
